Publishing Package
The price for our publishing package is $695 and it includes:
- Publishing Agreement Fee
- ISBN (2) and Barcode
- Library of Congress Control Number
- Interior Book Design and Layout
- Personalized Back Cover
- eBook Conversion
- Copyright Registration
- Global retail and wholesale distribution
- Author owns 100% rights to their work
Get started with the $100 publishing agreement fee. After signing the agreement, you can pay in full or make ten (10) monthly payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or money order.
Book Cover Design
Book cover design is not included in the publishing package. We have access to 20,000 fonts and over 1.9 million pictures. We can create a cover for $25 using one of those pictures or any you provide.
We have a list of reputable designers for custom covers. If you would like to recommend a designer, please send their information to CustomerService@WrittenWordsPublishing.com.
Royalties
Authors earn 80% of the retail price for books sold by Written Words Publishing LLC.
Publish independently using major companies and it's likely you will receive 10-50% royalties. The publishing company gets a cut, seller gets a cut, and you get the pennies leftover.
We know of a multi-billion dollar company that sell used books online, print and ship new books as used, and keep the profit. They earn 100% for your hard work; you earn zero.
Marketing
Our beneficial marketing packages provide avenues for authors to reach out to readers in a cost effective manner. The packages include:
- Contact book clubs nationwide specific to genres
- Advertisement on social media
- Design and maintain author's website
Low Cost Printing
We use an affordable, reputable, high quality printing company. Cost depends on the number of pages per book and quantity ordered (25 minimum). Higher quantities decrease the price per book; lower quantities increase the price.
Print on Demand (POD) is also available. The printing cost (including applicable fees) will be deducted from the retail price of each book sold.
