Refund Policy

• Publishing Agreement Fee is non-refundable. 
• Payments made on Publishing Package are refundable, minus incurred expenses, if the publishing agreement is cancelled

• Deposits are refundable if the work order is cancelled before we begin.
• Editing fees are non-refundable.

Apparel purchases are final and non-refundable.

• eBook and audiobook purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Paperback and hardcover purchases are final unless damaged during shipping. 
• If the book is damaged during shipping, it may be exchanged for the same book within two (2) weeks of the purchase date. The damaged merchandise must be returned to us at the buyer's expense.
• If the book is not in stock, the buyer must return the damaged merchandise to us at the buyer's expense. A refund will be issued upon receipt.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
